PRIZES

First Place: $3,000 cash prize, and a trip to our Annual Conference
Second Place: $1,500 cash prize
Third Place: $500 cash prize

Should the winner not attend the annual conference trip, winner shall not be entitled to any cash or other compensation in lieu thereof. No substitution may be given for a prize.

Winners will be responsible for paying taxes on a prize, including cash prizes, and any expenses not specified relating to the acceptance and use of a prize. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued to winners where applicable. ASEE/EngineeringCAS may reserve the right to contact the winner’s school directly. Winners and guests receiving a trip to Washington, DC, must travel on the same itinerary and on dates and times approved by ASEE.

  • Registration opens: June 24, 2018
  • Registration closes: December 1, 2018
  • Submission Deadline: February 1, 2019 (Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM Eastern Time.)
  • Judging period: February 1 – 28, 2019
  • Winners announced: April 1, 2019

Winners awarded at the ASEE Annual Conference in Tampa in June 2019.

Limit of one (1) entry per person or team.

The video should be no longer more than 90 seconds in length.
To upload your video, you may use a platform of your choice (YouTube, Vimeo, ect) then email one (1) copy to 125videocontest@asee.org. send your application form, and a link to your video to 125videocontest@asee.org by the deadline of December 1, 2018.
When sending your email, please use the “125th Video Contest” in the subject line of your email.
